Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges:


Returns/Exchanges are applicable only in case of damaged products or delivery of incorrect size (Size other than customer ordered). Such items may be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery. The returned products have to be unused, unwashed with tags attached, and in the condition/state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. LMV Brands will be able to exchange the products purchased through “” only.

**Please note that we do not accept returns on custom-made products.

To start the process just email/WhatsApp with your Order Number and the Product you would want to return/exchange, and we’ll initiate the process for you.


A delivery agent will come and pick up the products from your end. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund/exchange will be initiated.

In the case of a Refund, it usually takes between 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

In the case of Exchange, the new product will be couriered to you immediately.


Conditions Apply:


  • The products for exchange or return should be fresh, unused, and unaltered
  • The tag of the product should be intact. Without which refund and exchange cannot be availed
  • Returns/Exchanges are strictly not allowed after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Exchanges are allowed with the same product only.


Cancellation Refund Policy:


The cancellation of the product is available to all our customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been processed. Your refund will be subjected to the below-mentioned rules.


  • A cancellation request needs to be made within 4 hrs of placing the order or before the order has been processed.
